DOg Walks
The Ultimate Adventure Hikes for your dog (big, small, puppy or senior)
Our walks are simply awesome, fun, adventurous hikes designed for active dogs who love being outdoors, exploring new trails, and running off-leash with their friends.
Under the close supervision of their loving dog walker, your pup will experience the benefits of a structured pack environment that fosters healthy social skills, good manners, reliable recall, and a lot of fun. They’ll get the freedom to run, sniff, explore, and play as part of a balanced, friendly pack.
Why North Shore Dogs (and their Owners) continue to choose us:
- Fully Off-Leash Trail Hikes: All dogs are off-leash together to enjoy an uninterrupted hike on rugged North Shore mountain trails.
- More Trail Time: 90+ minutes of outdoor adventure, exercise, exploration, and play per outing.
- Carefully Matched Packs: Walks with other non-aggressive, highly social and playful pups. We do not mix reactive dogs into our social packs. Dogs learn appropriate behaviors through positive social interaction and being part of a balanced pack.
- A Dedicated, Independent Walker: No random sub-contractors or revolving-door staff. Your dog gets the same loving, experienced dog walker every single time.
- 13+ Years of Expertise: Fully Pet First-Aid certified and Basic Training certified for total peace of mind on the trails.
- Quieter, Less Crowded Trails: We commute to much quieter, more serene trails where our Rangers can enjoy an uninterrupted 90+ minutes of off-leash hiking with their pack.

Faqs
How long are the hikes?
Our hikes typically last 90 minutes or longer. Transportation time is not included in the 90-minute hike duration.
When factoring in the time it takes to travel to and from the trail, the entire outing can last anywhere from 2–4 hours, depending on your proximity to the trails.
Will different people be showing up to my home to do the walks?
No. It’s just us, Eric and Lucie right now doing all the walks.
Unlike the larger north shore dog walking companies that rotate dozens of different walkers, including new hires, contractors and subcontractors, we do not operate that way. We know your dog and love them as much as they love us.
Are you Pet First-Aid Certified?
Yes!
At what age can my puppy join the walks?
Young pups can join our adventures starting at 16 weeks of age, once they’ve received their third round of vaccinations.
Our pack is full of social, well-mannered dogs who are always welcoming to new members. We take extra care with puppies—using training leashes, GPS tracking collars, and positive reinforcement to build great recall and confidence on the trails.
Do you have a permit to dog walk on The North Shore and are you Bonded & Insured?
Yes, yes and yes!
Do you offer daycare or something similar?
We don’t offer traditional daycare at an indoor facility – instead, we provide double walks, our version of a day experience. Your dog spends 5–6 hours out with us, getting real exercise, fresh air, and proper stimulation.
Dogs come home very calm, tired & content.
How do we get started walking with you?
Prior to the first walk, we’ll schedule a quick meet-and-greet. We’re flexible to swing by most afternoons, evenings and throughout the weekend. It’s a quick meet to go over the service and make sure its a good fit for everyone.
From there, we’ll arrange a trial walk. In many cases, dogs are able to get started as soon as the next day.
